A large supply company is seeking an Accounting Coordinator who has experience with Bookkeeping, as well as working with other members in the accounting department to compile, analyze and report financial data.  Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.   Responsibilities: Making journal or ledger entries Enter information into company files or databases Act as a point of contact between internal departments and accounting Serving as a liaison between accounting and external parties, including customers and suppliers Ensuring that company bills are entered timely and debts are collected Qualifications: Must have previous bookkeeping experience Must have previous customer service experience Must have accurate data entry and typing skills Must have excellent communication and organizational skills Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.  Any candidate that has knowledge of Infor Syteline is a plus.
