I. Position Purpose/Scope: What are the key objectives of the position? Steers and manages all competency and training relevant activities within the Americas region. Supports the development of a new competency model of the MN organization. II. Position Responsibilities/Accountabilities: List the major duties/accountabilities to achieve the positions key objectives. Supports the development of current QMT training approach based on QMT role description. Develops and conducts need analysis of QMT training requirements in alignment with KIDA. Conducts gap analysis of current training landscape and certification status in alignment with KIDA and other process partners. Tracks the certification status of all QMT Americas including Mexico. Prepares annual Training Schedule and coordinates facilitator/coach schedules. Creates and maintain trainings in EQUIP. Creates and implements assessment surveys and compile results. Administers the information for training surveys, skill assessments and focus groups analyses. Coordinates the training initiatives, creates materials and training agenda. Ensures QMT onboarding materials are up-to-date; suggests and implements improvements and changes. Support the establishment of Mentorship Program Supports the identifications of levers to meet future organizational needs and support core competencies. Initiates and supports the designs of a regional curriculum based on organizational focus and need analysis. Aligns with Central function and other BMW locations on best practice approaches and evaluate based on MN requirements. Support the implementation of the new competency model. Ensures Management Guide book is up-to-date. Supports the development of a Supplier Network specific training landscape. Performs other duties as assigned by BMW Operations Supervisor.
