W2/C2C Candidates Job Description and Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related STEM discipline. 5+ years of relevant analytical experience in banking, financial institutions, technology or consulting firms. Excellent business writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Sound knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Office; proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, and macros. Experience with Tableau and ServiceNow (Remedy, or other comparable ticketing system) Quick learner and demonstrated ability of multi-tasking in a dynamic environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work products. Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills. Ability to organize material, analyze a wide variety of facts and develop appropriate recommendations. Understanding of project management techniques and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall. Partner and collaborate with cross-organizational functions to deliver on objectives Preferred Qualifications: 8 years of analytical experience in banking, financial institutions, technology or consulting firms ITIL Certification and working in an IT Operations team Basic understanding of IT Network and Computing infrastructure. Previous experience using Clarity PPM, JIRA, or a similar project management tool is a plus. Additional Information: Build and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets with potential for creation of metrics dashboards using Tableau. Working across O&I teams to maintain accurate source data of LDoS equipment Automate, streamline, and improve data related processes. Generating information and insights from data. Plan, coordinate and execute on upgrade of LDoS equipment Drive decision making in the Operations and Infrastructure space.
