TriStarr's client, a community health center is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their New Holland team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide general administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Management team as necessary.
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence via standard mail.
Update and maintain daily attendance log for all locations.
Draft and finalize text documents for correspondence, charts, grants, reports, agendas etc.
Serve as meeting recorder and transcribe meeting minutes.
Work to establish and maintain file system(s), both in hard copy and electronic formats.
Create and maintain contact files in areas such as: donors, funding sources, corporate contacts, community leaders and elected officials (federal, state and local).
Lead calendar coordination of the Organizational Strategic Plan, proposals, submission dates, meetings and projected receipt of grant materials.
Work with fulfilling center events
Assist in the development of data queries regarding agency productivity, program statistics and grant requirements.
Receive Senior Management Team member s phone contacts. Secure adequate information in order to direct callers and/or relay information to the appropriate party.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED: Completion of Administrative/Secretarial course preferred
Bi/Multi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
Act 131: Child Abuse Training
Intermediate experience with MS Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Project
Proficiency in utilizing office equipment
Exceptional organizational skills, communication skills and telephone etiquette
Attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Serve as an organizational brand ambassador
Maintain superior level of customer service when dealing with vendors and co-workers
Travel to various areas of the region and satellite locations
Please note: The candidate must possess a valid PA state driver s license. LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temp to Hire START DATE: asap, pending interviews PAY RATE: $15-$18/hr.
HOURS: Monday-Friday, 8: 30am 5: 00pm DRESS CODE: Business casual
