Pulse Staffing has a contract position available with a top hospital in the Medical Center for a Philanthropy Coordinator. Position is responsible for: Responsibility A: Lead development and execution of key projects • Guide planning and development for program/project elements • Identify and initiate process improvements for greater efficiency, cost savings and/or donor impact • Execute program/project elements and help track progress and ensure successful outcomes Responsibility B: Proactive administrative support • Manage communication support including correspondence, presentations, phone and email for assigned team member(s) • Coordinate scheduling and travel for assigned team member(s) • Maintain expense documentation and budget tracking and facilitate appropriate expense/procurement processes for team • Provide support for overall Office of Philanthropy Responsibility C: Manage meeting & event logistics • Coordinates planning for donor/prospect/volunteer group activities including meetings, tours, visits, etc. • Leads coordination of meeting/event communication elements including attendee lists, related correspondence (invites, agendas, follow-up, etc.), attendee tracking • Leads execution of meeting/event details including purchasing, catering arrangements, scheduling, and onsite hosting responsibilities Responsibility D: Documentation • Help record donor/prospect data and activity in fundraising technology system • Help maintain integrity of data in fundraising technology system Responsibility E: Collaboration • Help execute Office of Philanthropy priority events and initiatives • Collaborate with Philanthropy Coordinator team and Skills: • Understanding of meeting/event coordination and implementation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, the ability to work with a wide variety of personalities, and the ability to effectively plan and execute tactics.
