Marketplace Professional Staffing is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a client in Greenville. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high quality service and timely, accurate resolution of all in-bound calls to the Customer Service Center. This position requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and who has two plus years of customer service experience in a call center environment. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Use investigative and active listening skills to assess each caller s situation; apply appropriate solutions to resolve the customer s needs. Answer all customer questions thoroughly and accurately to eliminate the need for return calls. Route calls requiring specialized service to the appropriate party in a timely manner. Direct calls requiring escalation to a member of management as necessary. Adhere to all company guidelines and regulatory requirements as they pertain to proper call handling. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
