Role We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to help expand our customer base and achieve sales team quotas for specific areas of Illinois, Wisconsin and elsewhere. Will consider candidates living in either the Chicago are or southern Wisconsin. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have previous experience managing the sales success of multiple locations consisting of multiple sales people. The ideal candidate should also be able to remotely supervise a team of sales people toward achieving their sales goals. Our ideal candidate will have combined excellent communication skills, excellent leadership skills, a sense of urgency, and a strategic mindset. Ultimately, the regional manager’s responsibilities will be to provide continued development of the sales staff in each location and to meet and exceed sales projections to ensure our company's long-term success. Primary Responsibilities: Grow IT staffing and solutions revenue and client base personal sales and by leading and directing a multi-state sales staff. Recruiting, training, coaching, and growing sales staff. Communicating job expectations, appraising staff contributions, and enforcing policies and procedures. Maintain and expand customer base by counseling sales staff; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities. Attending and conducting client meetings with sales staff and on an individual basis. Creating yearly sales forecast. Establishing sales quotas in conjunction with the local branch managers. Conducting Sales planning and strategy sessions, and regularly schedule progress review meetings with sales staff. Develop comprehensive programs or activities focused on continued candidate engagement and candidate marketing with our staff and the candidate community of our branches. Holding sales staff accountable for achieving revenue, headcount, and activity goals. Achieve regional sales objectives, and contribute to corporate strategic plans. Identifying regional sales trends, implementing change. Recommends service improvements where needed from observing consumer customer needs trends, and tracking competitors. Demonstrate leadership in sales, in staff motivation, in community marketing communication, in responsible participation and direction of local IT community events.
