Compensation Business Partner Our global social media client is seeing compensation experts to help design and build innovative, competitive and analytically driven compensation offerings as well as supporting the compensation needs of their rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture as it continues to scale in size. Please note: We have positions open in San Francisco, Austin, and Seattle.
Consulting with business leaders on compensation decisions and strategy for compensation planning and program initiatives Conducting market analysis and insights for new and existing roles Support recruiters with compensation offers and strategies Providing analytics for new or existing compensation programs as well as providing input on job evaluations and workforce planning initiatives Responding to compensation-related questions from Managers, HR business partners and Recruiters
BA/BS in Economics, Business Administration or similar field 8+ years of experience in compensation analyst/consultant role Partnership, influencing, communication experience in addition to customer support Experience presenting to leadership in the company Significant experience with analytics, Excel, PowerPoint and HR Systems Experience in one or more of the following compensation disciplines: salary and incentive plan design and administration, sales compensation, international compensation, equity compensation, executive pay Experience with statistical packages
