Welcome visitors and providing assistance as needed (receiving shipment, too) Monitor and maintain office equipment; inventory supplies and order replacement supplies as needed Create, update, and maintain personnel records, financial records, and other records/data and data entry via excel file. Support department managers and supervisor. Organize conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning Organize catering, coffee, or other refreshments as needed Monitor incoming and outgoing mail; receive and sign for mail/packages from couriers and deliver to proper recipient Prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials (document filing) Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support Support inventory counts with supervisor.
