Job Description

Customer Service Support - Works in and provides assistance and support to the organizations customer service, call center, or customer service project management functions by performing routine but varied duties in accordance with standard procedures. Typical duties include some or all of the following: sorting or filing orders, posting information, entering or processing orders, verifying information for completeness and accuracy, maintaining records and customer files, preparing forms and order sheets, distributing orders expediently to respective departments and resolving routine problems. Normally has little to no direct interaction with customer, but may assist with calling to confirm or clarify information, responding to some general telephone inquiries about the company's products or services by following standard procedures or scripts or responding to inquiries requiring a written response with the use of letter templates. *May assist analysts in examining statistical and performance trends. May perform the quality assure, traffic and/or scheduling function for the organization's call center/customer service operation.
