Primary Skills: Microsoft excels, Quip, data enter Contract: 3+Months Contract type: W2 only Job Description: The team is part of central Ops team manages stores and program planning of cash management, inventory management. They will be part of Central Ops team and work and it is closely attached to stores and gift cards team. Responsibilities: This resource will own monitoring our end to end cash process and taking actions to keep the process running smoothly. This includes: viewing our store accounts, requesting additional funds when they are below a certain threshold, view and gain corrections for the store's manual trackers, provide support as needed by the stores, produce summary reporting, working with our cash transit vendor for any escalated or ad-hoc pick ups, and managing the gift card inventory. Experience: Experience using excel ,Quip and enter data. Details oriented and some light data excel tables. Reach out to the partnering team if anything goes wrong as all are documented but that needs to be executed. Accounting experience. Bachelors is preferred. Skills: Excel. Attention to detail.
