TriStarr's client, a full-service restoration company, is seeking a Full-time Office Administrator for their busy satellite construction office in York. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer phones and review after-hour calls, record lead information
Maintain customer database
Maintain and update social media
Prepare project materials
Proofread & process paperwork (estimates, work orders, contracts, invoices, etc.)
Collect & prepare expense & profitability data
Forwards pictures to adjusters
Types, reviews, proofreads, and disburses project contracts, estimates, customer progress billings and other correspondence.
Prepares turnover packet for CCs & cleaning if required
Reviews job files for completion prior to turning final billing to accounting
Accepts new losses and maintains preferred vendor program
Must be familiar with ERP clientele and preferred vendor guidelines.
Mails out samples for testing lab analysis
Researches pricing of items as requested by PMs and CCs
Heads off problems by the early identification and disposition of issues for resolution.
Other administrative duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS: Associates/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred but not required
3+ years administrative experience
Social media marketing experience
Customer service skills
Excellent phone, typing & proofreading skills
Able to learn specialized software
Able to handle fast paced office environment and meet deadlines
Able to travel to various job sites as needed.
Please note: Candidates must have clean background checks, drug screen and driving record. LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temp to Hire START DATE : asap, pending interviews PAY RATE : $16.50/hour HOURS : Full Time - Overtime and weekends as needed. DRESS CODE: Business casual
