Customer Service Representative / Healthcare Customer Service Busy Healthcare client located in Southlake, TX has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative / Healthcare Customer Service on a contract to possible hire basis. Company Profile: Healthcare Industry Customer Service Representative / Healthcare Customer Service Role: The Customer Service Representative / Healthcare Customer Service is responsible for providing customer services to client/patients referred to our company. Communicate with clients/patients in a professional and courteous manner. Listen and determine the correct resolutions to client complaints; take corrective action and monitor results. Route client/patient referrals to the appropriate department or individual(s) in the Company. Establish and maintain client records as well as prepare and secure Certificates of Medical Necessity (CMNs). Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager. Customer Service Representative / Healthcare Customer Service Background Profile: High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years prior experience working in Medical related Customer Service preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Maintain accurate files and records Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Experience working with EMR systems and/or Brightree software is highly desirable Features and Benefits while On Contract: We go beyond the basic staffing agency offerings!
