You will work out of a branch office in Canton, MA. Your region covers the Boston area and will expand from there. You will be making calls on large and small companies. Presenting bids to established and potential clients and oversee the beginning of projects. The company has an established portfolio of business that will get you started, but you are expected to break new business. Training involves ride-a-longs, corporate training, computer training and actually working a job site to see how a project runs. You will establish relationships with potential new customers and enhances relationships with current customers to sell scaffolding products and services to maximize branch revenue and profitability. Generate sales leads and call on potential new and current customers to discover requirements and sell scaffolding products/services to them, consistent with branch revenue and profitability goals. Examine customer specifications and prepare proposals that fulfill customer requirements for the sale and/or rental and/or erection and disassembly of scaffolding systems. Coordinate engineering services relating to proposals. Perform duties related to proposal preparation, such reviewing blueprints and performing estimating. Coordinate the sales, delivery, and/or erection and disassembly of scaffolding systems consistent with customer requirements and branch revenue and profitability goals. Compensation for the role is a base salary of $50 - $70k with a first year income of $70 - $100k! Second year will be over six figures. This site has several sales people making over $250k!
